About this Blog

The Privacy and IP Law Blog was originally published on Blogger.com in April 2009, residing at http://privacyandip.blogspot.com.  It was moved to WordPress in October 2014 to http://privacyandiplawblog.com/, and will continue to be published in parallel for the near term to allow transition of bookmarks and favorites (and to allow me to work out additional bugs).

Unless otherwise noted in a byline, all articles are written by me, Christina D. Frangiosa, and represent my opinion alone.  (See also the disclaimers below.)

I am an IP litigation and business attorney practicing with Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC in Philadelphia, which is a general practice law firm representing clients across various industries in a wide variety of matters.

My practice concentrates on both litigation and transactional matters, focusing on copyright and trademark advisory services (search, applications, and use), counterfeiting, infringement, unfair competition, false advertising, trade secrets, licensing, and policy development.  I am admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
